Lodging tax concierge for second-home owners

Your vacation home’s tax filings, handled quietly and on time.

In Walton, Bay, Okaloosa and the Florida Keys, Airbnb and Vrbo collect the state sales tax but not the county tourist tax. The owner has to register, file every month (even empty ones) and keep permits current. We do all of it for you, including paying the tax straight from your own account.

Why this exists

Our founder, Jim, rents out his own ski-area condo in Clackamas County, Oregon. Airbnb wasn’t paying the county’s 6% lodging tax, so he had to catch up himself, and the late penalties and interest really hurt. Read his story.
